The DragonKeeper: The Legend Begins Chapter 2

A Power Unknown To Him

The day was January 8th of the year of 2412. The day was cold and windy, snow covered the groud like a barrier of white frost. The streets were wet, the sidewalks slick, and the smoke from every chimney filled the air. The smoke from the people breathe as they walked along there way could be seen filling the air, the trees covered in snow, and the fires burning in every home. The people ran to the shops to run there daily errands, they did not know the evil the would cloud them this day. For unknown to them a great even was about to awaken, and one man's life would be changed forever. That man's destiny would be hold the fate of every realm known to man in his hand. This is his tale, this is his life, this is his fate. Journey into the land of the dragons, the humans, the demons, see the fights, feel the magic, and never give up on your dreams. Listen as a tale of a young dragonoid named Jam and see how his life would forever be changed.

He paced back and forth, awaiting his orders. His armor, mounted and ready for an assult, there dark armor glowing with there antispation, there eyes filled with anger and rage, and there swords ready to strike. They were eager to get on with this fight, they were eager to fill the world with fear and anger, all they needed was the order. There learder Overlord Shul kept them at bay as he awaited his master's orders. He was eager as well to get this underway, he was ready to rule, he was ready for blood, he was ready to kill. Suddenly a glow was seen, Shul bowed down and nodded his head and returned to his army. He nodded and they screamed with glee. As Shul began to march his army, the only words that were said was these,

"Keep the dragon boy alive, destroy everything else." he declared. They all nodded in agreement and marched into the portal, to find there prey and destroy his life.

The students crowded the halls and parking lot, as they began rushing to there cars. Most of them stayed because of class, others hurried to get home to get out of the cold air. As they left the school, one particular couple walked slowly to there car, hand in hand. The man let the lady into his car and they slowly pulled out of teh school, off to someone magical it seems. The man's name was Jam, he was taking his girlfriend Sam out to a special spot for a special picnic. She had no idea what was instored for her, she smiled and waited patiently in his car. She was wearing a lovely black dress, sparkles danced along her shoulderblades and arms as the sun made the glitter twinkle. Her pink hair was up in a bun, she was wearing black high heels today, and had on a leather sweater. Jam was wearing a brown leather jacket, a red hooded sweat shirt, blue jeans, and nike shoes. He was excited for there plans, for today will be the day he finally took his relationship with Sam further.

Jam and Sam had been dating for six years now, they met while in middle school and haven't split since. They knew everything about each other, there secrets, there hopes and dreams, there likes and dislikes, they were made for each other. Everyone who knew them saw there love for each other. It was strong, a bound that no one could break, no matter how hard they tried. Many girls had tried to seduce Jam, as did boys for Sam. No one could break them apart, they stayed true to each other, and Jam intended to keep it that way forever.

On this day, they went to there special spot by a huge ancient tree that had stood there for ages. Its leaves gone along with the winter, its trunk big and thick, it stood about twenty foot tall. The tree was called Giant Rob, for whatever reasons people called it that. No one was for sure, but it was the best place to catch the sunset and the sunrise if you made it on time. Today they set up a blanket and a basket with food in it under the tree. The basket was filled with fruit, a couple of sandwhiches, some warm tea, and a small cake for them to split. They sat under the tree, sitting, talking, and laughing about random things that happened to them in the past weeks. As the picnic began to come to a close, the sun was just in the right spot when Jam looked into the eyes of his girlfriend.

"Sam, I love you. I have loved you since the days I first laid eyes on you. I want us to be together forever. I want us to continue to grow as our love for each other grows. So I ask you," he said getting down on one knee and holding out a box with a ruby ring inside. "Will you marry me?"

Sam's eyes filled with tears, as she touched the ring. Her mouth could barely utter a word, her knees weak, and her heart filled with joy. Before she could speak suddenly smoke rose from the ground. The purplish smoke filled the air and soon began to tug at Sam.

"Not funny Jammy, this is scaring me!" she screamed.

"Sam that's not me!" Jam said grabbing her hand, but as soon as he touched her hand, it sent a burning senation through his hand. Her body was pushed against the tree, as Sam screamed and wiggled in pain. The more she screamed the more smoke poured onto her.

"Stop it now! Who ever you are! I'm warning you!" shouted Jam as he watched his girlfriend suffer. She screamed louder in pain, as her skin began to fall and her body disintegrating before his very eyes. Tears swelled in his eyes as she cried and began turning into dust. Her last words before she was completely taken was

"Jam...I...Love...You..." she cried with her last breathe, as her body turned to ash and melted into the ground. Jam's eyes could be heard a mile away, as tears flowed from his face like a waterfall.

The voice spoke saying, "How does it feel to watch the one you love die before your eyes."

Jam sat there and cried angrily at the tree, kneeling in a bowing position as his fist pounded the ground of the tree. No one knows how long he was there, but his cries and screams could be heard for miles and miles. He suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder. Quickly standing up and turning around he saw Shul staring at him with an evil smirk on his face.

"Well now my boy, whats got you so down that you cry louder than a sad wolf howling at the moon." Shul said, acting concerned.

"Something just killed the love of my life, I don't know what it was, but when I find it, I will destroy it!" said Jam angrily as he clenched his fist.

"Really? Was it purple or something, and burn your skin like the worst fire you ever felt?" asked Shul.

"Yeah! Do you know who it was?" asked Jam.

"The humans my boy! They've always had it out for you dragons, and there trying to take over. This is an act of war! You must stop them. I know you hid your dragon form from them, but now is the time for action. Now is the time to protect your realm before they try and destroy you all again. How would it feel to see your loves one die." whispered Shul into his ear.

Something snapped deep inside of Jam. He saw the men who took his sister from him, the men who raided there realm, the men who had made fun of him all those years. His body began to shake, his eyes turned a deep blood red, and dragon form was beginning to take shape. This form was totally different. his pupil changed into what looked like a dark mist that flowed all over his eyes, his body changed to black, his scales now sharp and and dangerous. His wings, spread, with pointed spikes on the end and his tail, long and black with a dark crystal on the end. His body was at least fourty meters long and he was at least thirty stories high.

Jam spread his wings and shot over to the nearby school next to his. He let out a loud roar and shot a raging black fireball. Shul smiled evilly as he summoned his army.

"Might dragon warrior! Let us aid you in your quest to destroy the humans. Together we can rule the world!" shouted Shul, with his demon army and wife by his side. In a distorted and evil voice, Jam responded as the school burned to the ground and the fire spread.

"Destroy...them...all." he declared, roaring loudly and flying off into the distance. Smirking and smiling, Shul followed as the warriors ran off in different directions destroying everyone and everything in site. Jezebel came over and whispered in his ear,

"Why join him in this fight dear? Aren't we suppose to destroy him?" she asked.

"Our greatest enemy can be our most powerful ally, and will make the master proud if we can keep him on our side." responded Shul.

"What happens if he finds out you lied to him?" wondered Jezebel.

"We will kill him!" said Shul licking his lips. "For now, lets draw blood!" With that, he went off slicing off an innocents child head clean off, then licked his blade. With a smirk they ran off following the now angered Jam, who was bent on destroying those responsible for ruining his life.

"Angel...Angel my boy, you must rise my child. You dear brother needs you." said a mysterious light. The young man was dressed in a white robe walked towards the voice. His hair was gold and white, his body muscular and strong, his eyes as blue as the sky. As he walked the boy wondered what could it be. "Angel, your brother Jam is in trouble, you must go to him. Be careful but fast, for if he is not stopped soon, he will destroy the world. Please go to him immediately." The light faded and Angel awoke out of his bed, confused and dazed. In his mind, he thought it was a dream, but something in his heart, told him to go to his brother. With his white wings spread wide, Angel proceeded to Jam's aid, in hopes of helping his brother.

The next two years would be the worse days of the humans lives. The demons raided every town they could find, destroying women, men, children, animals, houses, everything in site and making it a barren wasteland. With the help of Jam, destroying everything in sight, burning there houses to the ground, annialating nations with a single blow, turning all that was once green into ashes that laid across the ground and fell from the sky. His powers were unmatched, many tried to fight back, but between him and the demons, all seemed impossible. People began going into hiding, they travelled to places far and wide in which they hoped Jam would not find them, but the dragon boy was determine to make sure the entire human realm burned to the ground.

They made there way towards the Stronhold of the Fallen, the last remaining place were civilization stood. This was there last stand against Jam and Shul. If this place was taken under seige, then all hope was lost. Shul's demon army marched across baren and dead land, the trees were burning from Jam's fire, houses and land destoryed and laid in ruins, and the sky dark with ash. Jam's burning passion to destroy the human race was almost complete, as was Shul's goal to control the human race, or what was left of it that is. As they journeyed towards the stronghold, Jezebel approached Shul.

"Dear, when are you going to take him out?" she whispered. "We have control of this realm, lets just destroy him and move on."

"Not yet my sweet, for the victory is not yet sweet enough to satify my taste." smirked Shul, overly confident of his soon defeat of the dragon.

As they marched they could see a light shine on the small city. Walls were build around it that stood at least thirty feet tall, tower for those watching for there intruders could be seen as far as the eye could see, and men and women armed and ready to fight, to protect there realm they loved. A couple of wizards who had also survived manage to protect the city via a magical barrier and sheild. No demon could get in without taking out the wizards first, but Jam could easily get in. They all waited at the frong line, waiting for Jam to make his move. Armed and ready with weaposn both manmade and magic made, they were eager to start this war and defend there home.

"You see! They will do anything to destroy you Jam! Its time to wipe them all out! This is your redemption, this is your victory, this is your destiny! Go now, we will follow when the walls are torn down. Go and we will follow!" cried Shul.

With a loud and monsterous roar, Jam zoomed towards the city. His speed was fast, they villagers began to get nervous, but something happened that changed there fear into courage. A bright light shined upon the land, stopping everyone in there tracks. Another dragon appeared from out of nowhere, stopping Jam in his tracks. The dragon had three heads, a glowing purple crystal on each head, white wings, and three white tails. Two white antlers stood on top of his head as the light glowed around him. He stared at Jam and Jam at him.

"Jam! Brother! Please do not destroy this village. This is not you my dear dragon brother, you are not a destroyer. You protect those you love and since when have demons ever told the truth. Come on Jam, come back to us." pleaded Angel, the Celestrial Dragon. Jam just stared at him, growling furiously. Without thinking he charged at Angel, but before he could reach him, the jewels on Angel's head started to glow. The beams shot right into Jam's head, freezing him into place.

"Jam...Jam!" said a voice, as the young man laid on the floor.

"An..Angel? What are you doing here? Whats happening?" asked Jam in his human form.

"Your dragon side has taken over and sadly you are destroying the entire human realm. Only one civilazation is left and you are on the brink of destroying it. What happened? What is wrong?" asked Angel.

"They killed my girlfriend! They deserve to die!" shouted Jam.

"No they did..." Angel started to say before everything went black. Angel flew back and fell to the ground as he looked at the sky at Jam, then at Shul. Shul had a maroon colored sniper rifle in his hand and it was pointed at Jam. Angel looked up at Jam and saw a bullet hole in his head. Jam roared in pain, his eyes now white as his body fell to the ground, shaking the very ground. Angel rushed over to his dragon brother and tried to heal him, but it was too late. The bullet has pierced his brain, instantlly killing him. His body stayed limp and cold, his breathing stopped, and his eyes now dark. Shul laughed manically and began to walk away.

"Summon the Trollitor. He can deal with the rest of these...humans." spat Shul as him and Jezebel disappeared into a portal. Right after him came a very hideious creature. The monster stood at least fifteen foot tall, his hair purple and greasy, his teeth yellow and sharp, and his eyes black with evil. The monster had horns that was sharp and tall and his claws as well.

The villagers retreated back into there town, and Angel backed against the village. He backed away but used his powers to help keep the barrier on the city. He stared into the monsters eyes, trying to think what they could do.

"Where am I...what happened?" said the voice in the mysterious room. Jam awoke in a all white room, his voice echoed through the empty room. He stood up and began walking around. He looked around and was trying to find out where he was. Suddenly he saw two shadows in the distance.

"Come here my son. We have been waiting for you." said the manly voice. Jam walked towards the shadows to see a couple of familar faces.

"Mother? Father! Am I dead? What is this place." asked Jam.

"Jam what have you done my child. Is this how we raised you to be? To destroy and kill innocent lives! Have you not been taught better my child." cried his mother with tears in her eyes. Shame came across Jam's face, he could see the horror in his parents eyes and the disappointment in there voices.

"Mom...dad...I'm so sorry...I couldn't control myself. I was so angry and he seemed so convincing at the time. I'm sorry, I deserved to die. That realm will be destroyed because of me. I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I have brought shame upon myself and our kind." cried Jam, sobbing in tears.

"Son, its time you learned a bit of history of who you are. Have you not seen your mother." said his Dad. Jam looked up, what he saw suprised and confused him. His mother was human, he always thought she was a dragon in a humans body.

"So my mom was a true human? Does that make me..." questioned Jam.

"You are half human, half dragon my son. You are a dragonoid my son, but there is more. It is time we reveal your real name." said his mother.

"My... real name? Isn't it BlackDragonScars?" asked Jam confused.

"No my son. When you and your sister were born, you were born one after the other. You by egg and your sister by birth of natural humans. We kept you names hidden for you two show signs of something we all have waited for a long time. Your real name Jam is Kernidor Jhamintl. It means Dragoniod Warrior of Legend. You and your twin sister have a great destiny ahead of you, thats why you must find her. She is alive Kernidor, you must find her. Tell her who you are and call her by her real name Kerram. Only then will you be able to fulfill your destiny. When you find Kerram, go to the city of Dragonina, the Realm of the Dragons. There they will tell you your destiny." said his mother.

"How will I know where my sister is?" said Kernidor. Just as he said that, he screamed in pain as the bottom of his arms began to burn. He grabbed them in pain to see a dragon on each of his arms. One is white and one was black, they formed in the shape Ying and Yang symbols.

"These are the birthmarks of the Gemini Twin Dragons. She will have the same on her arms. When together, you two will have imaginable power and strength." said his mother.

"We must go now my son, our time has come to an end. Take my sword and our magic. With it, nothing can stand in you way." said his Father as they began to fade.

"Tell Kerram we love her, and always will. We love you too Kernidor. Go and fulfill your destiny. Help save the magical realms. " said his mother as they faded.

The Trollitor inched closer and closer to the castle, with a small army of Demonknights following him. Angel did his best to keep the barrier up, shining bright lights to make them stumble backwards and prolonge there invasion. Fear came upon Angel's face, he wasn't sure on what to do, he never was much of a fighter, all he could do was prolong them as long as he could.

Suddenly a light glowed from behind them all. Everyone turned to see a figure walking towards them. His body was black like a human, but still scalely. His face was that of a lizards with golden hair, his scales glittered with the edges of them outlined in gold, his wings were like big black feathers with golden tips, and his eyes blue like the ocean. He wore what looked like a long black and white robe, with a black mask that covered his mouth, his hair flowed back to his mid back, and his tail swung with a glowing crystal on the end of it.

"Who is that?" asked a man who sitting behind angel's head. The dragon man continued to walked forward till the smoke cleared.

Angel smiled and said, "It is Jam!"

He walked all the way up, inching closer to the Trolliator and his small army. The Demonknights snarled at him, clenching there weapons and armor. There yellow eyes glaring at him and there teeth clenched.

"A revelation has been given to me young angelic brother. I am no long just Jam a boy who is a part of this human realm, nor am I BlackDragonScars the young dragon with no real identity. I am Kernidor! A dragon of purpose, and today I will show I am a protector, not a destroyer!" claimed Kernidor. With that he spread his wings and flipped his robe onto his back like a cape. "Now, time to go to work!"

The DemonKnights charged, with weapons drawn and arms raised. Kernidor sat there waiting as they approuched thim. Suddenly he let out a loud roar and his eyes changed once again, this time different. On eye began to swirl like a tornado and the other enlarged like a rock. He smile and quickly turned sending them flying backwards. Flipping backwards, he punched the ground sending a shockwave, making the ground fly at them tidal wave or rock. Smiling he rushed towards his enemies with a speed never seen before. The stumbled demons began slamming there sithes and swords down towards Kernidor with powerful force.

Kernidor smiled and lifted his arms up blocking the blows. He sent them flying back, punching and kicking them with powerful force as they went flying back one by one. The men watching him were amazed at this strength, the demons looked like toys being thrown around a small room. Angel looked at them, seeing the fight in there eyes, he let down the barrier letting the men help fight the demons.

Kernidor smiled letting them get there glory as he shot after the Trolliator. The troll roared as his might fist came to smash him to the ground, but Kernidor grabbed his fist and threw him like a rag, tossing him 20 feet away from everyone else. He shot at the troll with both fist out, sending him roaring in pain, before swatting him like a fly. Kernidor hit the ground with a hard thud, bouncing up and down like a skipping stone in water. He quickly got up only to be thrown into the air and slammed down over and over and over again, until he was barly able to move. Kernidor backed up a bit, badly injured and groaning in pain.

From his back, the troll pulled out a bone axe, bloody and cold from his own body. With a might swing, he powered his axe down upon Kernidor and the powerful blow made the grown shake and the ground crack. Everyone stopped, looking at the big dust cloud from where Kernidor had been hit. A bright light glowed as the axe that laid in the cracked earth began to rise. As the axe rose, a large sword appeared from the ground. Its handle was golden, its blade was ice blue, the top of the blade had a hole on the top of it as the golden tip went around the blade.

The Troll fell backwards as the ice blade also seemed to be on fire as well. Kernidor rose from the ground, as his flaming blade slowly rose with the axe on the other side. His eyes now were a strange color, one side was green, blue, purple and black while the other eye was red, orange, yellow, and white. It looked like fire from his eyes of two different colors. His wings spread he roared and threw the troll backwards. He raised his sword and swept off towards the troll. The troll swung his axe back, both constantly blocking each blow for blow. With each blow a shockwave of energy shot across the land, creating earthquakes that made everyone fall over and head for shelter. The demons quickly teleported back to there realm to leave the Troll and Kernidor fighting.

The fight raged on for hours, as the two match power blow for blow. The fight seemed to never end until Kernidor finally pulled out a powerful, throwing the axe out of  his hand. Kernidor shot at him slicing off his arm and cutting the back of his legs. The monster roared in pain as Kernidor stood in front of him.

"Tell your master he cannot have this land. I shall protect it with my life and all who think they can destroy here can fight me! Now die Troll!"cried Kernidor as his left eye went black and his right went white. Suddenly the birthmarks on his arm roared, flying off his arms and wrapping themselves around his sword. The roared with him as he charged at the Troll. The dragons became transparent as they went through the troll and Kernidor slashed the Troll in half, burning it as his greasy hair burned to the ground.

The men cheered loudly and Angel let out a congradulations roar for Kernidor. He turned looking at them smiling in pain. He walked towards Angel and the city slowly, holding his shoulder. Everyone ran to him, hugging and praising him. He smiled as he walked over to Angel.

"Well done my dear dragon brother, are you ok?" said Angel, healing his brothers wounds.

"I can't stay for very long brother. I must go find my sister. Then head to Dragonia to find out what I am." said Kernidor.

"I understand bro. I will meet you there, but after I help these people get there realm back." said Angel.

"Thank you brother, I will see you in Dragonia. Take care everyone! Take care brother." said Kernidor, spreading his wings and shooting off into the distance. He knew not where to start, or where he was going. All he knew was that he has to find his sister, and all he could do was to find out any clue on where she could be. Where she would had been taken to, or where she would go.

The girl screamed in pain, holding both of her arms. Never have she felt such a pain, never had it burned so badly. When she let go of her arms, dragon ying and yang symblols were on both her arms. She grew angry and pounded the ground. Her anger grew into rage as she grabbed her spear and raced off into the distance.

The DragonKeeper: The Legend Begins Chapter 1

Evil's Rebirth

"Come on Kristy! Hurry up! If you don't keep up, you'll miss the surprise " said a young man who was hiking up a large grassy hill.

"Well I'm going as fast as I can Carl! Whats so special about up here anyway, everyone knows it's nothing but grass and weeds." replyed Kristy.

"That's what you think, but I discovered something cool! Just wait and see!" said Carl.

Carl and Kristy had been friends for a while now. It had been at least a year since the two met and they were inseperatable. Thanks to one of Carl's good friends, he was introduced to her, and was secretly crushing on her as well. Carl was a tall and large man, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was a big man but it went along with his height, standing at 6'2". He was a fun loving guy, always trying to look on the positive side of things, and he was passionate about others. Kristy was a beautiful girl standing at about 5'6", she had blue eyes, blonde hair, a beautiful body that could turn the heads of any guy who walked her way. Befriending Carl was not a problem for her, for she loved hanging out with him. He made her laugh, he was an awesome friend, and when she needed a hug, he was there to give her some of the best hugs around.

These two loved to hike, they loved to explore in hopes for adventure and excitement. Not much happened within the Realm of Man mostly because they fought among themselves about the dumbest things. It was nothing uncommon, arugments, murders, theft, agony, happiness, greed, etc. All of it was the life of the humans. On this particular day, Carl had found something on a large hill about five miles from there school. As they climbed, they came to the tree that sat on top of the hill.

"Carl, its just a stupid tree, there is nothing special about it." said Kristy as she panted from the climb.

"Ah! To the average eye its just a tree, but check this out!" said Carl as he reached in and pulled on something inside the tree. The tree shifted and stairs appeared going down into what seemed like a chamber. Kristy gasped and looked at Carl as he began to wonder deep into the ground.

"Carl! What are you doing! You don't know whats down there!" cried Kristy.

"That's the whole thing about adverture's Kristy, you never know what will happen until you explore. Come on! I'll protect you I promise." said Carl as he extended his hand towards her. She shly took it, blushing a bit as they headed down the cold, concrete staircase. Suddenly the tree went back into place, causing the room to become pitch black for a moment. Then some torches suddenly lite the room, as it went down a small pathway. Carl and Kristy looked at each other and walked down the path until they came to a huge black door. The door had some ancient writing on it, it had what seem to be like a open dragon's mouth with a stone that faintly glowed in the middle of it.

"Hmmm I wonder what it is? Should we take it?" asked Kristy who was shaking a bit in fear.

"Why not! If we take this to school everyone will be in awe by it! We could be rich!" said Carl as he grabbed it. As soon as he touched it, it begave to glow.

"Carl!!" cried Kristy as she grabbed his arm, but it was too late. Both of them were lifted into the air, an ancient tongue filled the room as the words from the door surrounded them like an aura. There bodies began to crumble as the two cried out in pain.
It seemed like hours before Kristy and Carl were completely transformed and saw the door was open. Carl's body was completely changed from fat, to muscular, he was wearing black and yellow armor that seem to be made of a bird of some sort. His hair was like flames, covered by a helmet of a hawk. He sneered evilly as he walked through the chamber door. Kristy's body was changed as well, she was also muscular with armor. Her armor was purple and black, with it showing only the bottom of her stomach. Her hair flowed downward and seem to chip off like it was fire. She as well had a helmet what had wings on the sides of it as if it was a hawk.

As the two began to walk into the chamber, they noticed a big stone in the middle of the room. The two stood in front of it, staring at it for a while.

"The master call's to us, what are our orders!" they said as both of them bowed before the stone. Suddenly, what looked to be two pair of dragon eyes came forth, the stone cracked, the ground shook as the ghostly figure of a dragon stood before them. His claws were sharp and bloody, his face was grey and whiltered, his tail seem to float off the ground, as if it wasn't fully formed, his body was covered in black armor with a dragon on the front.

"Greetings my young ones, the time has come for me to rise soon. I am Korarug Thethuldrir, head the words that I will tell you. Long ago, I was a God amoung the dragons of Dragonia. I was the strongest, the wisest of them all. I would had ruled them all until they tried to twart me from using forbidden magic. I was able to convince others from different realms to come to my aid in destroying the dragons. The power you have now come from the ancient birds who died trying to help me. The demons and even mankind themselves all banded together in a war against the dragons. Sadly we did not win thanks to there most powerful warrior, The DragonKeeper. He died centuries ago taking me with him and sealing me within this chamber. I cannot leave this place yet for I am not strong enough, as I grow stronger you two must as well. I have bestowed upon you great power and magic that I will train you in. When the time is right I will send you out to destroy the world as we know it and we will rebuild it for us to rule!" declared Korarug.

Korarug looked at his young apprentices and said, "Carl you are now Carlithow DarkenFire, you are powered by the ancient evil Phoenix warrior.Kristy you are now Kristalian DemonFire you are powered with the blood of the ancient Demon Hawklian, an ancient race that created the dark Phoenix. As you two grow in your evil ways, so shall your powers. Now behold your weapons." said Korarug.

Two doors opened, on his right was a hammer, on his left a staff. The hammer was was black and grey, the sides of both ends were made of pure yellow energy that looked like fire inside of them.

"Carlithow, You have the Hammer of Hate, a weapon of great power and magnatude. Inside is the power and flames of all evil ones before you, they will lend you strength as you weild that hammer." said Korarug. Carl grinned evilly as he plunged the Hammer into the wall nearly taking out the whole wall entirely with one swing.

Korarug then looked at Kristalian and said, "You have the Staff of Demons my child. Your magic will increase a hundred times as long as you hold that staff. You will be forever young and beautiful and can summon anything to help you, even Carlithow. It will even increase your strength and agility as well." Kristalian smiled as she grabbed the pedistal it was on and threw it at Carlithow with great speed and strength, unfortnatelly he blocke it by swinging his hammer and melting it into nothing.

"Now my children the time has come, I must summon the demon's to aid in drawing out the new DragonKeeper. He has been reborn, I can feel it. I will call upond the Overlord of Hell. With him he can destory the DragonKeeper and then I can rise again! Come my children we must prepare for the time to come." said Korarug as he roared an eerie sound that would shatter the ears of anyone normal.

South of the Human Realm lies the Hell Castle, known as the Demon Realm. Deep within the Chamber of Torture, the screams of souls could be heard echoing throughout the halls. The moans of men and woman who were summoned here for torturing also filled the filthy air. Demons ran all over the rooms poking and torturing all who were there. The walls were damp and dark, the only light was the fire that burned through each chamber. At the end of the chamber was a hall that lead to the Great Overlord's Room, where OverLord Shul and his wife Dutchess Jezebel reigned. Shul was the biggest of all the demons, muscular, powerful, and as evil as anyone. He wore his Death armor all the time, itching for war and panic. His wife Jezebel was as seductive as she was evil, her ability to shapeshift into a person's most and worse desire's was the lowest of the low. She was muscular as well and worse the same armor. She would do anything in her power to help Shul rule all the realms if she could.

The room was dark and cold, a throne that sat two people in the middle of a light that gave an eerie feel to anyone who look at them. The walls were covered with weapons and rocks, the screams and moans of all those locked within this realm filled the air as Shul and Jezebel took there seats. Moments after discussing what other chaos they could cause and eerie sound filled the air. The sound was so strong, it sent Shul to his knees in pain.

"Why darling! What is the matter, is something wrong?" said Jezebel as she ran to  his side, helping him up. Shul sneered greatly, his yellow eyes looked into the ruby red eyes of his beloved.

"The time has come. He is back and has given us orders." said Shul.

"Who is back darling?" said Jezeble as she rubbed his big, strong shoulders.

"Korarug is back. He is ready to rise but needs time. I must go to him at once." said Shul as he began to walk out of the chamber to a portal that opened next to him.

"Don't be late my darling! We have to punish the men today in the Flame of Ouch." said Jezebel teasingly.

Shul smiled as he walked through a portal which looked simlar to a mirror. As he entered he walked towards where Korarug was floating. As he got closer Carlithow and Kristilian jumped towards him ready to attack. Both shot beams of fire at him. Without skipping a beat, Shul dodged both attacks making Carlithow and Kristilian hit themselves. They both went flying backwards into the wall, stunned at the way Shul moved so fast.

"Your greatness, it is a pleasure to be in your presences again. I see you have captured a couple of guards to aid you?" snickered Shul.

"Hey! Say that to my face your ugly piece of filth." shouted Carlithow, but before he could finish a shot went off that buzz near his ear. He looked up to see a gun pointed at him from the ceiling. It was pointed downward from a portal.

"Don't test me boy, I have powers you wouldn't imagine so I would advise you to be shut your lip." snapped Shul. Korarug and Shul talked for a while discussing plans on how to draw out the true DragonKeeper. "So how would one be able to find this DragonKeeper, one would have to destroy every male dragon on Dragonia to find him."

"I hear that the DragonKeeper is somewhere on the human realm. You know what to do, they humans are weak and fragile, they won't give you much harm. He's been seen with a dragon girl named Sam, take her out and he will come to you. Now take time to prepare, the faster he's out of the picture the faster we can rule. It will take time so await my call." said Korarug. Shul bowed and took his leave.

As he left Carlitow looked at Korarug and asked, "Why do you trust him, do you believe he can defeat the DragonKeeper? I'm sure I could without a single sweat."

"You are not ready, for if Shul fails I will let you have your chance, but the DragonKeeper is untrained and weak, therefore Shul cannot easily loose." said Korarug

It was ten centuries since the war. It was also the anniversary of his parents death, his sister's disappearance, and his exile from Dragonia. After two centuries of looking for his long lost sister, he went back to Dragonia demanding they send out a search party to help find her. When they denied him, he went into a rage and attacked one of the councel members of the Great Seven. With that, he was banished from the Dragonia realm. Leaving his grandfather behind, the only living relative who was alive, he began to back up his belongings and started to leave.

Along with him he had a long lifetime friend named Sam RosePetal. She was a long time friend of his since the passing of his parents. She was the only one aside from his grandfather to help look for his sister. He agreed, after she bugged him for a while, let her come along. The two of them headed down to the human realm known as Earth and decided to blend in. Black became known as Jamal Anthony McCain, also known as Jam for short. He was an African American college student studying data basing systems. He always dressed as if he belonged in a gang, but it was franky the only clothes that fit him. He always wore a baggy t-shirt and sweatpants, nike tennis shoes, a rage on his head, and black sunglasses. Sam on the other hand used her beautiful appearance, making her skin pink enough not to arouse any alarms. She always wore black dresses and kept her hair up always. Her nails always were green and plants flurioushed anytime she passed them.

The longer they stayed on Earth, the more and more they began to fall in love with the humans there. Some were nice, some were deserving of being burned to a crisp. Knowning how humans felt and acted around dragons, they keep there dragon identies hidden, no one know but themselves. They began to make friends among the humans as they continued there studies in college. Jam became hooked on video games, action movies, and doing things outdoors, whereas Sam began to like things like shopping, constantly going to the small, and small talk about the latest boy bands. Jam also only used about a quarter of his dragon strength when working on things around the house or at his job. Jam worked at a hardware store and Sam worked at a restaurant as a waitress.

Shul was torturing a poor soul who was a famous murderer when his wife walked up to him.

"Darling I believe it is time. Korarug has found the DragonKeeper." said Jezebel. Shul stopped what he was doing and looked at her. "Apparently he is a young guy named Jam, who is secretly the DragonKeeper in human form. I say we should pay him a little visit."

"Rally the troops, its time to finally conquet the human realm." smirked Shul. "Its time for the DragonKeeper to die."

The DragonKeeper: The Legend Begins Prelude

Birth Of The Keeper
Written by
Stephen Lane and Samantha Hatfield

The rain poured onto the ground and the shields of the men. Lightning danced across the sky, the sound of thunder echoed throughout the land, the stone cold ground was soaked with the water from the rain. On this particular day, it marked the beginning of a war that would go down in history. The men pounded on a large golden door that stood almost two stories high, the markings on it were old and ancient, it was inscribed with a tongue known as Dragonian, the language of the Dragons. These were men, with their leader yelling in their ears on how dragons where evil and must be destroyed, they were determined to destroy them all.

Suddenly a large dragon stepped down in front of them and roared loudly.

"Men! Leave our sacred home! We have not done anything to you." it said. "I am warning you, leave this place!"

The hooded man stepped forward and held an orb in his hand that was glowing red and purple. He held it up and a big burst of energy shot towards the dragon. The dragon roared in pain and slowly began to go down onto his knees. The dragon tried to shoot some fire from its mouth, but nothing worked as the pain got worse and worse for him. The dragon soon became like dust as its body began to slowly disappear into the rain. A smirk could be seen through the cloak of the man, until there was nothing left of the dragon.

"The guardian is down! Now onward to victory!" yelled the hooded man.

"Come on push!" said the dragon nurse to the young girl. The room was bright, doctors surrounding her, her husband stood right beside her, holding her hand and encouraging her. The woman was pale white, her eyes where green, her hair was black with a green stripe on the edge of it; her face was beet red for all the pushing she was doing. Her name was Laura; she was the wife of the dragon next to her and the daughter of a blacksmith. Her father had died years ago and Draco and his grandfather took her under his wing. The two fell in love and were married after knowing each other for two years. Their marriage was difficult for at first the dragons wouldn't accept her for being human. As the years past, the dragons began to like her, and taught her some things about magic, healing, and helping other dragoness out with children and around Dragonia. Laura soon became a mother figure to many dragon babies and friend to many dragonesses.

"Its ok sweetie, I'm here and I'm not going anywhere." said her husband Draco. He was a strong dragon warrior who had fallen in love with this human woman after the death of her father. The two had been married for about five years and she was giving birth to their first child. Draco lived in Draconian along with his father Leo. Leo was off to gather troops for the war that was going on outside. Unfortunately, Laura went into labor during the same time the doors were being rammed on.

"Shut up Draco! You ain't dealing with this pain!" Laura screamed. At this point you would think she was the dragon in the family. Laura screamed in pain and the nurse’s eyes popped opened in shock.

"Draco, um, your wife gave birth to an egg?" said the nurse. Everyone stopped and looked at her, as the woman brought out an ebony colored egg. Everyone starred at it and the Dragon doctor put his scalpel to it, a heartbeat was heard.

"Yes, it’s alive! I think it’s a boy." said the Doctor.

Draco took the egg carefully and held it in his hand. A smile started to fill his mouth when the nurse cried out again.

"Hold on! There is a child here!" cried the nurse. Everyone stopped, except for the sudden slam of the door. It was Leo, sweating and breathing hard.

"We have to get out of here, they are almost at the door!" cried Leo panicking. Draco handed Leo the egg and went over to check on his wife. The nurse pulled a crying child, it was a little girl. Everyone looked in awe at the white young child, as her body began to glow a bit. Laura panted heavily and began to pass out, as the nurses quickly rushed to her aide.

"Do not worry, I will watch after her." said a voice from the door. The Counselor of Light stood there watching. "I will watch over the woman. Captain, take the egg and this child to the Cavern of Angels where they will be safe. Put the girl in this magical basket so she will not be harmed, and wrap this egg tight. Do not lose them! Draco, you go to the front line, the humans are at the gate and they need your strength! Nurses, I need some water and some medicine this instant. Don't just stand there, go go go!"

Everyone rushed to their stations. Draco quickly grabbed his sword and armor, and dashed out to the front line, only stopping to quickly kissing his wife and girl. Grandpa Leo quickly put the baby in the basket, to keep her safe and strong during the trip so no harm to her. He grabbed a green blanket and wrapped up the ebony egg and dashed through the back door. He ran to a hidden door behind the hospital, opened it up, and diving inside. As he slide down the stone floor, the torches in the tunnel began to glow as Leo continued to run. The room was filled with jagged rock and secret passages in which the dragons used to slip to their secret caverns beneath the earth. Leo was running as fast as his feet could take them, as the egg rattled in his right harm, and the baby sleeping soundly in the left.

As Leo continued to run, the sound of crashing, shouts, and weapons could be heard above him. Leo ran harder and faster, panting heavily as he ran. Suddenly a crash was heard and three men came crashing into Leo. Leo was in such shock from the impact that he dropped the egg. The egg flew into the ground, cracking on the top and side where a small dragon arm appeared. Leo was in shock and quickly set the baby down. He drew his sword and began to fight off the men. Within five minutes, the heads of the men were lying on the ground in a pool of blood. Without hesitation, he grabbed the basket and egg and dashed at the speed of light until he reached the cavern.

The houses within the stone walls were quiet. The city waited for the heroes of the Dragon/ Human War to come home. Many wives and children waited outside their houses in the middle of the cavern waiting, watching, wondering. Leo waited in the hospital at the end of the cavern. He paced back and forth with a sad, worried look upon his face. Suddenly the door opened and entered Laura and Draco.

"Leo? What’s wrong dad?" asked Laura hugging him. "Are the babies safe?"

"The girl is fine, but the egg..." Leo staggered to say. "I..I dropped it, he has a broken collar bone and a piece of shell punctured his lungs, and his skin is disfigured. He was supposed to be black but he's white, we don't know what’s gonna happen. He hasn't cried since he hatched."

Laura ran to the window with Draco by his side. He nodded at his father showing him that the dragons had chased the humans off. Both of them looked into the big white room where two glass containers appeared. On the left, the small girl with ivory white skin seemed to be sleeping peacefully in her little container. On the right, a young white dragon baby could be seen, struggling to keep alive. He was breathing rapidly, his tiny blue belly was rapidly moving, and the beeping sound of his heart monitor was slow and steady. Suddenly the monitor began to slow down, until it came to a halt and it pronounced the baby dragon boy dead.

Laura's eyes filled with tears, as she cried heavily for her child. Draco pulled her close to his heart and held her tightly in his arms. Leo shed a tear as well, knowing it was his fault that the child had died. If only he hadn't dropped the egg, the child would still be alive. Strangely enough, the small girl rolled over and faced towards the dragon boy. She suddenly began to cry very loudly. Laura, Leo, and Draco watched as the baby continued to cry in the direction of her dead brother. All of a sudden, the heart monitor began to beep again, the dragon baby began to cry, the wounds on his arm, head and the lung restored. The three smiled as the two babies cried together.
"Well looks like these two have some bound huh?" said Laura.

"Gemini Dragon Twins they are. It is a very rare thing in deed, especially for one to be dragon and one human." said Leo.

"They will be special indeed, for their bond has already started" said Counselor of Light, Marshenda, as she entered the room. "Never in my years of being in hospitals have I ever seen such a thing. These two will forever be together and their bond will mean that their destinies are intertwined with each other. What are their names?"

Laura looked at Draco and the two went over to a corner to discuss the names for their children. A nurse came out to Counselor Marshenda and spoke.
"Should we put the twins together?" asked the nurse.

"Yes, let’s see how they react together." said Counselor Marshenda. The nurse bowed and went into the room to put the babies together. Laura and Draco returned from the corner and went to the counselor to give the names of the babies.

"The boy shall be named BlackDragonScars and the girl shall be IvoryDragonScars" said Laura proudly. Just as she said that, the nurse knocked on the window and pointed to the babies in the glass box. Black snuggled over to his sister and their tiny hands touched. He coughed and a small fire ball fell on both of their wrists. Their wrists suddenly began to glow; a yin yang symbol appeared on both them. Everyone awed again as they watched the two Gemini Dragon Twins sleep sounding in the hospital room.

Six long years passed, a peace was felt throughout the land. Not one fight since the leaders of the Dragon/Human War made a treaty to proclaim the ability to live together in harmony. Since that peace treaty was signed, the Dragons and humans lived in harmony. There was peace among the other realms as well, everyone was happy. The world was at ease and much prospered throughout the realms. Not a single fight, not a single disagreement, not a single finger was lifted against one another.

Black and Ivory had grown stronger in the past years. Black was a tall white dragon, standing on both his legs. Black stood like a human although he was a full dragon. His belly was turquoise as well as the crystal on his tail, he stood about four feet tall, and his claws were blue as well but very short. Ivory was skinny with her white skin that glistened like a crystal in the night sky. Her hair was short and black; she was about a foot shorter than her twin brother. Black and Ivory never left each other’s sight; they played together all the time. They got along very well, which made their parents very happy. Draco was worried that Black wouldn't accept Ivory for being human, but they accepted each other right off the spot.

Today, the twins got up just like every other day. They brushed their teeth, ate, and went outside to play. Today they wanted to play tag.

"Hey sis, catch me if you can!" teased Black spreading his small dragon wings and flying off into the distance. Ivory watched her brother and copied the same, spreading her own little white dragon wings and flying after her brother. The two flew like the wind, doing circles and dances as they flew. Unfortunately, they didn't look where they were going and began to fly down to a forest near the ground. Black twisted and flew through the trees, giggling as his little sister followed close behind. She finally caught up with her brother, tackling him to the ground.

"He he got ya bro!" Ivory said smiling. "Looks like your it now!"

"Darn I was hoping you wouldn't learn how to fly so fast little sister." teased Black.
"Hey! I'm the older one! You hatched late!" cried Ivory. She figured since Black was hatched and came out later than she did, that she was the oldest, but that was not the case.

"Ha! You know that I am older than you!" said Black.

"You are not!" shouted Ivory

"Are too!" Black shouted back. The two bickered about it for a while before Black realized that they weren't in Dragonia. "Hey sis, stop for a minute. I don't think we are in Dragonia anymore, or the Cavern." The two looked around at the trees, neither of them could figure out where they were.

"B-black!" said Ivory latching onto her brother.

"It’s okay Ivory we just need to make it out of this forest, then we can fly back home. Just stay close to me, I will protect you." Black said as they started walking through the forest. They continued walking for what seemed like hours, the trees seemed to get thicker and thicker, and the day was getting late.

"Brother, mom and dad will worry if we don't get home soon." said Ivory who was starting to get scared and worried.

"We will be fine sister, don't you worry." said Black. Suddenly a twig was heard snapping on the ground. Black stopped and stood his ground. Three men came out of nowhere and suddenly jumped out of the trees, ropes in hand. They were white men with brown shits, jeans, and brown shoes, smirking widely.

"Well, looky here fellas. We found ourselves a cutie and a dragon, how much you reckon they’re worth?" said the first guy.

"I reckon at least a good gold or two?" said the second guy.

"Then lets grab ‘em and sell ‘em ya’ll!" said the third guy running towards them.
Black stood his ground, as the third guy came towards them, whipping the rope like a lasso. As the man threw the rope at Black, he grabbed it, swinging the guy around and around until he threw him into a nearby tree. The other two stopped and looked at Black, whose blue eyes were focused on the men. The other two came running towards them as well, but Black ran after them. Jumping into the air, Black kicked one square in the jaw, bouncing off that kick to land a punch into the side of the next guy’s head. Both men stumbled back; shocked that such a young dragon was powerful. Black's eyes had now gone from blue to red, still focused on his attackers. Suddenly Black heard a scream, only to see Ivory in ropes, being taken by the third guy.

"Ivory! Don't worry I'm coming to save you!" said Black as he started running towards her. The two men jumped on Black, wrestling him to the ground. Black struggled to get up, watching his sister cry and scream. "Ivory!!!" Black struggled more, getting angrier as he watched his twin sister go into the distance. The men continued to tie Blacks hands, but they suddenly broke as Black's body began to change. Blacks wings grew larger, he was now on all fours as his body grew, and he let out a loud roar looking at his attackers. The men slowly backed away and tried to run, but Black roared and let out an ice beam that froze them both. Stomping the ground they broke into pieces as he began to fly out of the forest.

Black flew in the direction in which his sister was taken, but she was nowhere to be found. He searched high for hours but couldn't find his sister. A bit later, Draco found Black, by a lake, still in dragon form crying.

"Black? Where is Ivory? What are you even doing in the human realm?" asked Draco. Black began to tell his father the story of everything that had happened, crying in tears as he continued to talk. Draco hugged his son, but became extremely angry with him as well. They returned back to the Cavern of Angels, where his mom was waiting. Black had gone and told his mother what had happen. She cried and hugged him knowing he had tried to get her back. His father wasn't so forgiving and walked over to him, grounding him for the next six years for losing his sister and going into the human realm.

For the next six years, Black did nothing but read books. He didn't have many friends at the Dragonian Dragon Academy, he was always an outcast. Being called Black and having white scales didn't get taken well by the students. Another problem occurred when he was trying to do his fire exam. Each elemental fire meant a different element a child would possess. Black had a difficult time for he couldn't create the ice blast he wanted. No matter how much he tried nothing would come out. One day the Counselor of Balance Woden was watching the young dragons do there examinations. Five dragons were before Black, who was extremely nervous now.

"Let the test begin!" said Woden as he walked behind the first dragon. The first dragon blew black fire, showing he was going to be a dark dragon. The second dragon blue an ice beam, showing ice dragon, the third red fire showing she was a fire dragon, the fourth blew a light blast showing she was a light dragon, and the last blue a lightning blast, showing a lightning dragon. Now Woden was standing over Black. Black tried his best to keep his legs from shaking.

"Go on my child is it your turn." Woden said smiling at him. Black looked at his target in front of him and tried countless times. The students laughed at him, making Black put his head down in shame, but Woden put her hand on his shoulder. "Try it again; first concentrate on your strength and magic deep inside the heart. See what you want to do and let it flow like fire!"

Black nodded and closed his eyes. He pictured him and his sister being together, he pictured a life of peace and tranquility. He suddenly saw a golden dragon in front of him and quickly opened his eyes, as he shot a huge fireball at the target. The type of fire that came out, no one knew what it was and everyone was shocked. The fire was gold, the color was shining as bright as the sun, and the heat was so intense it could melt Venus. Woden looked in shock and asked the young dragon boy his name.

"I am BlackDragonScars, my lord. I am the grandson of Commander LeoScars, son of Lieutenant Draco ma’am." replied Black. Woden looked into his soft blue eyes and smiled.

"Well my boy, something special is deep inside of you. Looks like you have a power no other dragon does. I hope to see more of what you can do in the near future young dragon." proclaimed Woden. Black smiled wide and ran home telling his parents what was said. His mom and dad were amazed and yet concerned at the same time that their little boy was talented and spoken so highly of at such a young age. They did not want anything to happen to Black or want him affiliated with a lot of the activities that other dragons did. So his parents joined a cult called Pacumea Knewo which was a peaceful but a very judgmental cult. They worshipped the dragon god Pacem and him alone; they didn't believe in anyone else and talked down upon anyone else who disagreed.

Black tried to do everything his parents wanted to do, but his confidence lead him to wanting to be like other kids. This continued to get him into trouble with his parents, and kept him out of many activities other dragons did. Black hated being an outcast; he felt alone in the world and consumed himself in books and his own world. As he got older, Black became more curious of the other realms including the human realm. One day would change his life forever.

Black was coming home from working in the rock mines one day when he heard a crash. As he walked out of the mine, it collapsed behind him, scaring him a bit. As he looked around him, Black noticed demons running amok. These creatures had red skin, yellow teeth with blood marks on them, long black siths and swords with them, purple armor with black spikes, and were running amok killing everyone. Black quickly ran as fast as he could home. As he ran, a couple of demons came running after him. Without really thinking Black kicked two of them into the nearby walls, and then punched the other two in the guts leaving them on their knees. The cavern started to shake as the rocks around them continued to fall onto the dragons and demons nearby. Blood was everywhere, mostly from dead dragon men, women and children.

Black got to his house and tried to open the door, but it wouldn't open. Black pounded on the door until it broke open. He ran in scared out of his mind hoping his parents were alright.

"Mom! Dad! Grandpa! Is anyone home?!" screamed Black. A cackling could be heard from the kitchen as Black ran towards the sound. When he got there, his father was in a puddle of blood on the floor, limps broken and neck torn off his body. His mother was in a chair as a demon that was ten times bigger than the others stood there glaring at him. He was a darker red than the others, but more muscular, his hair was black; his armor was purple with scales of dead souls glowing in it. He glared at Black for a minute then turned towards him.

"Ah, another victim! Tell me, where is this chosen one? Where is the next Dragon Keeper?!" he asked. Black looked at his mother in confusion on what he was talking about.

"Don't tell him anything Black! Run!" Laura shouted to her son, before being smacked.

"Quiet! When Diabolica speaks, you shut up!" roared Diabolica.

"Hey! Hands off my mother!" said Black, glaring at Diabolica.

"Oh, someone's got a back a backbone huh?" said Diabolica, smacking Black into the wall. "Let’s see how strong you are after you witness your mother dying?" With that, Diabolica grabbed his mother's head and began to squeeze it. Black stumbled to his feet only to see Diabolica squeezing the life out of his mother.

"No! Leave her alone!" cried Black trying to break his grip from her head. Blood flowed down his mother's scalp, his mother gasping with her last breathe, looking into her son's blue eyes with tears.

"Find..your sister..Make the world right again...I believe in you Black..Don’t let him..Win...I love...you..." said his mother with her last breath. Black stared at his mother’s now dead body. Diabolica cackled in the background as Black hugged his mom with tears running down his face. Diabolica laughed harder until he finally placed his hand on Black's head.

"Now time for you to die my boy." he said with an evil smile. His hand landed on Black's, trying now to crush his head, but Black grabbed Diabolica's hand and pulled it away from him. Diabolica used all his strength, but Black seemed stronger for some reason. His eyes were now red, and he let out a big dragon roar then threw Diabolica out of the house. His body began to go into a big dragon form, but this one was black. His eyes were blood shot red, his body covered in black scales, his red and black wings spread out as he chased Diabolica outside his house.

"Now you die!" shouted Black in his enraged form. Diabolica stood his ground, looking up at him and jumping to punch him, only to be swiped away like a fly across Black's long tail. Diabolica flew about a hundred feet before hitting a wall. He awoke to see Black, raging and destroying his army, burning his army to ashes with his black fire.  Black was out of control, burning and destroying everything in his path. Diabolica called his demons to retreat and they disappeared into the depths of the Demon Realm.

Black flew out of the destroyed cavern, raging with tears in his eyes. He flew until he reached Dragonia, where he finally changed back and fell to the ground. He woke up in the Dragon Hospital, where Grandpa Leo and the Counselor of Light Marshenda stood over him.

"What happened my boy? You fell from the sky and made a decent size crater in the ground, I must say." said Leo. Black told them of the story of Diabolica and the attack on the Cavern of Angels, about the death of his parents, and that he didn't remember anything after that. Leo and Marshenda walked over and talked for a bit trying to figure out what had happened, but neither could put a finger on it. Black stayed in the hospital for a few days before recovering. After he was out of the hospital, Leo enrolled him into the Dragonic Cube Academy, a school that taught arts, language of the different realms, fighting and magical skills. For the next seven years of his life, Black learned how to speak many different languages, was taught by Master Takeda about the ways of the great sword, and taught by Shandwah the Elf in the ways of ice, fire, wind, thunder, and earth magic.

Black excelled beyond their expectations. He graduated with honors and his masters were surprised by his progress. When asked what he would do next, he claimed he would go and find his sister. Everyone wondered what he meant, but he took off before anyone could ask. Grandpa Leo smiled as Black flew into the sky off into the human realm, in search of his sister. It was here that Black began to blend in with the humans, and made many friends. He changed his name from Black to Jamal Shiner, where he was given the nickname by many of his friends Jam. He stayed on earth for twelve years but his looks made him look at least eighteen years old.

During his time on earth, Black encountered a lot of hardships such as racism, bullying, once again his inability to fit in with the humans. There came a point where he wanted to commit suicide. During this time he had met a young rose dragon named Sam Rosepetal, who he had known to love and care for. On this day, they had gotten into an argument and Black ran fearing how badly he had hurt his love. While attempting to commit suicide, Sam made him change his mind by reminding him on how much he was loved and how she cared for him. Black changed his mind and a couple of weeks later they were married. Black built a castle along the coast of a great ocean, where a village was built under it. He also fought off those who sought to do the human realm some harm, he was considered a hero and many looked up to him. Sam and Black had three kids and planned events to all who would come. He still took time to search for his long lost sister, but had no luck, he dreamed of one day finding her so he could have that part of his life back again.
